We're easygoing, kind, and liberal. We primarily work out of the house, with 1 2 days a week from home. Prefer a roommate who isn't fully remote. The house is chic, clutter-free, and clean. We also have two friendly cats. Who We're Looking For: Ideally late 20s 30s Steady job Very clean Mature, kind, values open communication Male or female welcome Preferably no pets (but may consider) Lease Details: $1500 security deposit (equal to one month's rent) 10-month lease (negotiable for 6 months; No month-to-month) Standard credit and background check required by landlord Please do not reach out if you are not a very clean person.
