Spokane Valley Villa's is a community for active people, ages 55 and up that want a low maintenance lifestyle. We take care of all lawn care and snow removal on the property! These multi-family rental homes are ADA friendly with one level. This community is close to the freeway and several shopping centers including the Spokane Valley Mall, restaurants, churches, Centennial Trail, medical centers and the Valley Hospital. The deposit includes a non-refundable $200 charge for carpet cleaning. Month-to-month leases are available after an initial one year lease is signed. A $50 dollar fee per month is added on top of market rental rates for choosing a month-to-month lease option. Our rentals can accommodate 2 pets per unit that are less than 30 pounds. There is a non-refundable pet fee of $400. Breed restrictions for dogs may apply. Lease Terms Age Requirement: 55 years and older community (at least one occupant must be 55+). Lease Length: 12-month lease preferred; shorter terms may be considered at a premium rate. Rent: Monthly rent due on the 1st of each month. Deposit: Refundable security deposit equal to one month's rent. Utilities: Tenant responsible for electricity and internet; water, sewer, and garbage included. Pets: (2) Small pets considered with management approval and additional deposit. Smoking: No smoking permitted inside the home or on community grounds. Insurance: Renter's insurance required prior to move-in. Maintenance: Landscaping and snow removal provided by management. Application Process: Background and credit check required; $45 application fee per adult. Community Perks: Access to clubhouse events, walking paths, and quiet, well-maintained surroundings.
