Grocery stores are close by Savemart, Apna Punjab, and La Reina . Close to ace train. Very nice parks in subdivision and large one on Lathrop rd with exercise machines and sports. Gas fireplace, Gas stove and gas water heater. Restaurants many types within a mile. 2 year lease is required. Tenant pays all utilities water, garbage, PG&E, cable and internet. Yard must be kept up by tenant or will hire lawn care at tenants expense. Must have job security and pull own credit report or we can pull for you at a fee if we think that you might be chosen. One Small dog possibly with approval and $500.00 Deposit. Possible to Rent to Buy with in next couple years. Washer, dryer and refrigerator not included unless current tenants wish to sell them.
