We have a 1 BR 1BA apartment in our basement avaliable for rent in early October. The space is perfect for a single professional. All utilities are included (heat, electric, water, gas, and even internet!). Street parking in front of the house. Pets maybe welcome as long as they can get along with our two cats and dog. A nonrefundable $250/pet deposit is required. The apartment includes stove/oven, full size refrigerator, dining area and storage space. Use of onsite laundry is available. 420 friendly, but please take any cigarettes outside. Entrance to apartment is through shared garage or use of our front door. We are about 1 mile from the north RTD station and quick access to I-25. We are located in North Thornton, so about 25 minutes to either Denver or Boulder. About us, we are a quiet family of 4. We are working adults with two teen boys that we have part-time. You might hear the boys yelling at their video games from time to time, but otherwise we try and stay pretty chill. As mentioned above we have two cats and one dog. If you have pet(s), your dog must be friendly and able to get along with other dogs. We have a fenced in backyard for the doggos. Community: We are located in a quiet subdivision in Thornton. There is a community pool, walking trails and grocery stores nearby. -No cigarette smoking permitted inside property. -This is a a shared space therefore our relationship is based on mutual respect: Communication is key! We're pretty easy to live with. We've had three previous 2+ year tenants. We all just have to work together! -Prefer a 6 month lease to start and then month to month afterwards. 30 day intent to vacate notice is required and strictly enforced. -If you have a dog we ask that you help with poop pick up in the backyard. -Assisting with things like taking the trash out, cutting the grass, getting the mail are helpful but also not required.
