A perfect area to walk through the private neighborhood which connects through walking gates to surrounding neighborhoods in case you want a longer walk. Although technically located in Grass Valley, this house is located directly between Grass Valley and Auburn, giving you the best of both! This house an oasis for the homebody and a centralized jumping off point for the adventurer. Getting around is easy- Grass Valley and Auburn are both 25 minutes away (in opposite directions), Roseville is about 40 minutes away, and Sacramento is only about 1 hour from this house. Lake Tahoe is about 1.5 hours away as well! Sitting at the top of a 10 acre property, this 600 sq ft lower level unit is perfect for 1 person. With a fully equipped kitchen including all appliances, coffee maker, toaster, blender, and a large walk-in pantry, it is up to you if you cook or bake for yourself or dine at a number of local restaurants. A full size washer and dryer are exclusively yours to use while staying at the property. The bedroom has a queen size 10 inch memory foam mattress, a desk, and a large closet. The hall closet is ready for anything you may need to store while there. Outside, you will find a Blackstone BBQ along with a table and chairs so that you can enjoy the gorgeous view as much as you want. Private parking and a private outdoor space are yours to use. The house is fully equipped for all your needs while you stay including a SMART TV on which you can watch your own streaming services so you will feel at home even while traveling. Utilities included. 3 month minimum stay. No pets. No smoking. Renters insurance required as outlined in lease agreement. Signed lease agreement and 1st month rent and security deposit due to lock in rental dates.
