If you move-in on the first day of the month your total move-in cost will be up to approximately $3,200. Your final Move-in cost will be lower, if your initial month of rent is prorated. Confirmation Fee: $50 (non-refundable) Time of Move-in Costs - $150 Onboarding and one time full service cleaning of your space at time of move-out cleaning. - First Months Rent - Security Deposit Balance. The security deposit is equal to one-month-of-rent. You pay the balance of your Security Deposit when you move-in if you have paid a $500 Holding Deposit. Refundable at time of move out. Housekeeper: Weekly cleaning of your apartment's common areas. Roommate management: From paying the bills to cleaning, we make sure are the essentials run smoothly.
