Friendly neighborhood. Kids still play outdoors on the street. Ice cream truck still drives around. Doesn't get too much traffic. Only people walking through to drop off their kids at Bayview, or dropping them off with their cars. The houses and lots are bigger than most in San Pablo. So it's a very good neighborhood to live in. Many of the neighbors are older though, their children have grown and moved away.
