We have private access to the beach and the baby is just a stones throw from our lanai. It is a first floor unit with two bedrooms and one and a half baths In a gated community with key west style buildings, two pools, tennis, fishing pier, fitness room and sauna, grills, etc. it has all the amenities of a resort but with a friendly neighborhood vibe. The grounds are meticulously maintained and there is on site property managers in attendance to address any issues. It is available for the summer months of June July and August at the above price. Due to the Fourth of July holiday, the July rate carries a $250 premium. A rental agreement is provided and to be signed by both parties.
