The main issues this house has is excessive stucco cracks, and foundation issues. Expect water to come thru walls and floors during heavy rains. Common in these new homes in the neighborhood. The second bath is leaking through the hall wall. So some exploratory demo will be required to address the problem. You will notice building mishaps such as light switch behind the door, so you have to walk into dark room, go around and behind the door to turn on the light.
