There is one full bathroom with shower and tub. Detached garage has a full size washer and dryer and is for shared storage. Laundry is included for free. Off-street parking (driveway) and street parking are available. We will consider pets, a cat or small dog is ok. Lease will be for a minimum duration of 1 year. There is an attached studio to the house that is currently rented. DO NOT disturb either tenant. Studio has a separate entrance through driveway. Viewings will begin immediately.
