Amenities include high-speed fiber-optic Wifi (the fastest wifi available), Direct TV, gas fireplace, gas stove and washer/dryer. Utilities, Wifi and Direct TV included. No smoking. Pets negotiable with additional pet deposit of $500. Plenty of street parking. You must carry renters insurance.
