This house nor 3437 grant are not for sale at this time. We are having personal family issues due to probate on the property and the broker has NO RESPECT and keeps posting the property for sale just to get his greedy hands on money. He has fully taken advantage of the occupant and keeps fulling her with nothing but lies. The family has told him to remove the listing until further notice on the probate and he does not seem to respect our wishes. Watch out for pushy,rude and greedy brokers who care nothing about clients just a quick buck. Further more this is not for sale regardless of his posting on here and redfin.If you ever bought a home or plan to from this guy check and make sure he doesn't screw you over. Plenty of people have been check for pools filled over with dirt because hes too cheap to fix it . Don't trust this scam artist. Low budget and works alone for his own company.
