This manufactured home no longer stands,burnt in fire,vandalism to property only thing left on this property is distressed abandonment by a squater,who even took my propane tank and telephone pole with box no electric ,used as a dumping site. I am reclaiming property for agricultural construction with a singlewide trailor lots of work to be done,my last property tax was in2015,the owner leased it to me for 8,000 .I put 4,000 down cash property tax,he had me stay on property to run out the squatters and keep the manufactured house and property free from further vandlelism.this would be my payment of property tax for 5 yr.then I would have to pay him 159.00 monthly I did not live in the home it was vandalized and unsafe so I stare in a two room tent and maintained property,fruit trees,corralls, weeds, and had tracker come and grade partial areas of property I lived there for 5 YRS. Then dil what happened to the Chinese man who is an attorney at. Law?????? I moved off property but kept up watering once a week,then one day it's burnt down,EVERYTHINGGone ! WHAT THE HE'LL HAPPENED AND WHETE IS HE@.SO IF HE DIED I WAS THE LAST ONE HE LEFT TO PROPERTY TOO,HE WAS LEASING ME THE BACK PORTION FOR 8,000,I paid 4,000 in cash and did what he requested as to terms of rent to own .This burnt Mobil needs to go !!!! He left me with the hole burden .paperwork got burned in my homestead.(tent) AN D THE ONE ROOM STRUCTURE ON BACK OF PROPERTY ALSO NOW IS DESTROYED.SO YOUR SEVERLEY MISSINFORMED OF THIS PROPERTY AND IT'S CONTENTS LOOK FOR YOURSELF ,I WILL START AGRACULTURING jULY 1 2017 as i will be living on property as well.
