There are no parking problems for your few cars and even the truck. There are no additional utility bills, but we ask you to be economical with our resources. This property is located in the desert and the water here is not cheap. For your convenience, the house has a gas stove. It is very hot here in summer and you can use swamp cooler. In December, there are strong winds and even heavy rains. Everything in the kitchen you can use for cooking. The area is very quiet and safe, but that does not stop you from listening to music and even organizing a small party. Please be attentive to the garbage and do not leave anything on the land. The wind carries litter very quickly throughout the town and running cats and dogs eat open bags. If you would book for a long time that house we may ask you to collect the mail of the tenant. No deposit needed, but booking must be done through a secure system for insurance purposes. The price varies depending on a few factors.
