We rent out the unit in duplex. So quite and private place. The house has two bedrooms. The unit has a separate bedroom, a large room with a separate pantry, the kitchen, the veranda, the separate bathroom with a toilet. The tenant will keep one closet on lock. There is a tent and chairs in front of the entrance door. On hot days, you can also relax under a huge tree near the house. The back yard is fenced. The front of the duplex is open for parking. There are no parking problems for your few cars and even the truck. There are no additional utility bills, but we ask you to be economical with our resources. This property is located in the desert and the water here is not cheap. For your convenience, the house has a gas stove. It is very hot here in summer and you can use swamp cooler. In December, there are strong winds and even heavy rains. Everything in the kitchen you can use for cooking. The area is very quiet and safe, but that does not stop you from listening to music and even organizing a small party. Please be attentive to the garbage and do not leave anything on the land. The wind carries litter very quickly throughout the town and running cats and dogs eat open bags. If you would book for a long time that house we may ask you to collect the mail of the tenant. No deposit needed, but booking must be done through a secure system for insurance purposes. The price varies depending on a few factors. All utilities are an additional $200, covering high-speed internet, water, swamp cooler, and gas. If you have pets, we'll need to discuss the details.
