The location of this apartment is extremely convenient with shopping, gas station, and restaurants within walking distance. One minute access to I-215 Owner pays for water, garbage and sewer. Tenants pay for electricity and gas. We require a one year lease minimum. If you have more than two vehicles, we charge $50/month per additional vehicle. The security deposit will be refunded (less $100) if there is no damage to the property and it is left clean. The last months rent fee is refundable if you move out on time.
