This is an older home that was updated about 3 years ago with new roof, new exterior and interior paint, new wood trim, new insulation, new flooring in the kitchen and bathroom. The second bathroom (half-bath) is located in the nearby detached garage. The property is large, and the portion with the houses is fenced. There's two dogs on the property who are wonderful and respectful. One bedroom is occupied by a student , and the other is occupied by a retired woman with a background in psychological assessments. Both people are great. There's a huge vegetable garden cared for by a group of four neighbors. Participation in the group is negotiable. And there's lots of fruit trees. There's two houses on the property. We share the utilities. We already have two dogs on the property. For right now, that's enough. The lease includes 60 days notice of moving out. This is a non-smoking household.
