    What's special

    One of the most often requested attributes from buyers when looking for a property is WATER, and this one has water. There are over 1300' of shoreline along Spring Creek, near the mouth of the creek, where it flows into Weiss Lake. In the summer, the water is deep enough for boats to travel up and down the channel here, making it excellent access to the over 30,000-plus acres of the public waters of Weiss Lake, which is renowned for its fishing and boating. The access to the internal trail system comes in from a paved county road. The timber is a mixed stand of hardwoods and pines, and the pines are in age. They could use a timber harvest/ thinning. The ridge out near the shoreline is well above the floodplain, making for a beautiful homesite/cabin site overlooking the water. The deer and turkey in the area are abundant, and there are a couple of back sloughs that would make for some good duck hunting as well. A small pond up front is stocked with bream and catfish and would make a great place to fish from the bank with kids. My daughter went and caught fish and went swimming on the day I shot photography, and it sure was fun!
