I started with a new roof for the large detached two car garage. I took down an old fence that was blocking an additional 10' of property width. I refinished the original wood flooring upstairs. I installed new wood flooring for the main floor. As you can see in the pictures, the house has a very large bathroom. I tiled the floor, put in a new tub surround, re-plastered, and painted the entire bathroom with super cleanable paint. This last winter I repaired the interior basement walls and waterproofed them. I scrubbed the basement clean and painted the floor - it's now ready to be used as a work room! I've repainted every surface in the house, and added new light fixtures throughout. I've scheduled the roofer so that there will be a new roof over the house before closing. I'm moving down the road a bit but this property is now ready for it's new owner.
