CREDIT HISTORY- Applicant's credit must reflect that all accounts are current and that the applicant has a history of financial responsibility. . CRIMINAL HISTORY- An applicant will be rejected if he/she has been convicted of a felony or any type of crime that would be considered a threat to the rental property, other residents or neighbor.
