We're seeking a new roommate to join our laid-back, fun-loving household in the heart of Fishtown! You'd be sharing the space with three easygoing, eclectic individuals each pursuing our own personal journeys. It's a chill vibe, but we also love to have fun! The Space: Our spacious home features central air, a washer/dryer, and a cozy backyard. The backyard, first floor, and basement are all shared spaces. We even have a cleaning service that comes twice a month to keep all the common areas sparkling. The Room: You'll have a private room (approximately 12' x 10') with a window and will share a bathroom with one other person. The room comes unfurnished, except for a half-height dresser. The Neighborhood: The location is perfect just a short walk from the Market-Frankford Line on the 1300 block of North Howard Street. Fishtown is filled with activities and nightlife in every direction, with plenty of affordable options to enjoy. The neighborhood is very safe with minimal crime. Street parking is convenient, and you can purchase an annual parking pass for $75, which gives you access to spaces directly in front of the house. If you prefer, parking is also available just one block away, which is where everyone else in the house parks. House Culture: The house culture is independent and respectful. The three current roommates range in age from 26 to 36, and we each have our own careers and interests. I'm very laid-back with expectations and rules are kept to a minimum. I encourage open communication and mutual respect. Rent & Terms: - Rent: $700/month + utilities (gas / electric / internet / water / cleaner) (drinking water optional) - Move-in requirements: First month, last month, and security deposit ($2,100) - Availability: Beginning of March - Lease Term: 12 months We're a respectful group that values both social time and personal space.
