The school system has great soccer/footballl, band, cheerleading etc. ( Middle & High school) We would have bon fires on a regular basis. Kids would drop over all the time and having that big room is great b/c they could all hang out there or on the deck. No hot tub for a reason! Ha! It is a great house. Now everyone is gone. College and jobs. so this house needs a family with kids. Or, maybe since it is just one level a couple wanting an attached studio.
