Applications are required for any adult that will occupy the home. Our application requirements are 3x the monthly rent made in monthly income. Low revolving debt. Low or no accounts in collections, excluding medical. Good on-time payment history. Felonies within 10 years will be considered case by case. No evictions. We do not accept Section 8. We will work with KERA and WERAP IF the applicants can show an ability to afford the rental once that assistance ends. Pets welcome and considered case by case. No more than two pets and prefer max weight of 60lbs. Each pet requires a refundable $250 pet deposit and a $25 a month pet rent.
