Available: Two rooms in the downstairs level House is split level, so downstairs would mostly be all yours Mostly private bathroom however there is a luxurious tub in there that we would share Westlake neighborhood in Broomfield Move-in available August 1st (or after) $1,400/month (utilities included) $1,200/month & Flexible arrangement if you're only interested in one of the rooms The home is shared with my two dogs, one cat and five backyard chickens. Would love someone able to take care of them whenever I travel (which is not very much).
