Situated in a beautiful residential area of Springboro adjacent to a fitness trail, we have dog park on site and a fire pit a grill area as well as a Springboro schools bus stop. We welcome 1-18 month leases (price listed is per month, for 4 month lease) and all utilities, trash, internet connection, etc are included. The huge primary suite features a queen bed, flat screen tv, spacious walk in closet and private bath with double vanities and walk-in shower. 2 additional large bedrooms are configured to sleep up to 4 more, but are customizable to your family's needs. We want to make your stay as luxurious as possible and are happy to customize unit for each individual placement. Owner pays all utilities and amenity fees. Leases are 1-18 months. Month to month leases allowed. 2 pets of any breed allowed with deposit and pet rent. Tenant will be added to owner rental insurance policy. Background check required for tenants 18 years and older.
