The patio faces the park and has an open view of the park along with the hills far away. With windows around, good light is inside. The SPA is right downstairs, you can know if it is vacate just from the window of the living room. There are refrigerator, microwave, oven, dish washer in the kitchen and build-in washer and dryer on patio are available. Walking distance to UCI, University High School, and 5 min's drive to Turtle Rock Elementary School. It enjoys the best education resources in Irvine. There is one garage and one parking lot assigned. There are fitness center, swimming pool, SPA available within the community. We could leave the bed frames, mattresses, tables, chairs there if you need, then you could just move in~
