This is a great space, usually quiet and peaceful. The house was remodeled 5 years ago. There are 4 bedrooms, 4.5 baths. Everyone has their own bathroom. The available unfurnished room is downstairs. It's a medium size bedroom, about 11 X 11 feet with a private/attached bath and a closet that runs the length of the room. It also has a back entrance. We are a 12 minute walk to the beach or boardwalk. Also a 12 minute walk to downtown Santa Cruz. House includes: Washer and Dryer Air conditioning Large semi-enclosed back patio with bbq Private patio in the front of house Large front and back balconies. Full kitchen and dining room Large living room/big flatscreen tv/Comcast television/streaming. Utilities (PG&E /Water/Internet) are split evenly between housemates. This is an all-inclusive household. Open to all. We are looking for a respectful, responsible adult, someone that can clean up after themself. This is mostly a quiet space, good for full time workers or serious students. This is not a party house, though occasional get-togethers or bbq's are encouraged. No drug users or alcohol abusers. 420 is ok outside. There are two other housemates besides myself (one college student and the other two, including myself, are over 50). We are all super friendly and respectful - all on our own schedules. There is also one cute, super-friendly small dog in the house. Move-in cost is 1st month's rent plus security/cleaning deposit of same amount (1400 + 1400 = 2800). Security deposit may be split into two monthly payments. The room is available Jan 1.
