The apartment is currently furnished and I would give the option to the person who gets it to have it unfurnished or furnished paying for the furniture. I love my apartment and I paid a lot of attention to design and details. Location: extremely central yet not very noisy. Close to all restaurants and bars downtown. Please do not contact me if you are not seriously interested. Only graduate students/professionals/seniors are allowed. The building does not accept undergraduate students.
