The bonus room opens up to the outdoor covered patio which includes a sparkling clean hot tub and sofas for outdoor hang time. Home Sweet Hillsdale is 18 minutes to downtown Nashville and minutes from dining, shopping, and groceries in Hendersonville. Our property manager lives in nearby and can be available in the unfortunate event of need. Available starting March 1, 2027 for up to a 6 month lease. The monthly rent of $5200 includes all utilities, high speed wi-fi, garbage service and a hot tub cleaning every 30 days. Our home is a non-smoking/vaping property. There is a $500 sanitation fee for any residual left behind after check out. We do love and accept dogs for a non-refundable fee of $200 per pet. Covered off street parking is provided for 4 cars.
