    Lots from the beach

    Beautiful cleared lot ready to build 6 lots from the beach. A couple of miles to beautiful downtown Long Beach city, a couple of miles to Walmart and many restaurants. You can buy one lot or boith side by side. They are 50 feet wide in front and 115 feet deep and each is a separate deed and a permit can be issued to build a home on each. The lots should be in the $50's but we changed our mind on building at this time a home in the air so we are just trying to get what we paid for them back. A realtor wants to list them for $59,000 each and if we do not sell on Zillow we will do that soon.
