It is a few (two) short blocks away from both a beach access and a short walk to the Kure Beach fishing pier and down town Kure Beach. Extremely quiet neighborhood. Extensive outdoor deck space. ALL utilities are included.These units are rented virtually though both Air BNB and VRBO April-October (Monthly VAC leases that cannot be extended beyond 3/31/23).
