A bathroom with a stand-up shower and full laundry in the ADU. Additionally, you are greeted by a lovely porch that is supplied with a small propane BBQ for your grilling desires. The sleeping arrangements are fun and unique! There is a Queen size bed in the loft area that you access by a sturdy ladder, or if you do not like heights the couch folds out to a very comfortable sleeping option.
