Must be friendly with other dogs and people. Owner pays for internet, water. Renter pays 15% of electric bill. Dogs considered, but must meet first. There will be a refundable pet deposit. Due at signing, first, last and deposits. There is absolutely no smoking inside the apartment. Tenant is responsible for maintaining the property inside and out. Taking trash to trash can. We do have bears, so do not leave food unattended outside. Lease may be for 3 months or longer.
