This registered college home is ideal for Seton Hill University students as you don't find many places closer to campus. However, we do accept graduate, LeCom, doctorate students from any local university. This home is permitted to have up to eight (8) students and has eight (8) onsite parking spaces. Currently there are six (6) bedrooms, 2.5 baths, and three (3) common spaces including a living room on the 1st floor and kitchenette on the 1st floor. On the 2nd floor there is another common living room and 2nd kitchenette. Our vision is to convert the 1st floor kitchenette into a nice laundry room with a new stacked waster and dryer and the smallest bedroom on that floor would become a brand new kitchen with stainless appliances (stove, fridge, dishwasher, and microwave range hood). With that change we would convert the upstairs living room into a bedroom leaving just one living room in the house. It is important to note; we are flexible with what our tenants want and if tenants want to share rooms and pay less to get 8 students in the home we can make things work. At minimum we are looking to have five (5) students at $450 per month. We will be offering discounts for students that sign longer term leases. All utilities will be paid by the landlord with the exception of the fire/alarm system. The landlord will also handle all snow removal from the sidewalks and parking lot (not the steps). We are experienced landlords that live a few miles from the house and work in downtown Greensburg and plan to be very engaged in management of this property.
