The home is located on the lake in a country setting, but is close to St. Albans (15 minutes) and Burlington (30-35 minutes to downtown Burlington, Essex, Colchester, Winooski). This property offers the opportunity to enjoy life on Lake Champlain while experiencing all that Vermont has to offer. One of the best features of the property is the large deck overlooking Lake Champlain with incredible sunset views. The property also includes a large yard, outdoor grilling area, private beach, boat ramp, one garage space, and additional driveway parking. Enjoy swimming, boating, and fishing during the warmer months and Vermont's outdoor recreation during the colder months. The home is furnished, and we prefer to rent the home with some furnishings, but that is negotiable. We use the home during the summer, and it is well cared for. The furnishings make moving in and out simple, while still leaving plenty of space for your own belongings. If preferred, furnishings are negotiable.
