Spacious with closet and window (and more then enough plug in switches on all the walls ) The whole unit is shared between 3 tenants with a shared kitchen , dining area and living room with parking space and backyard and front porch included. Walmart , target shop n stop etc etc are at a distance of 5-10 mins drive. Regarding utilities , they are excluded from the rent , tenants will have split for electricity , wifi ( whole unit coverage ) ,gas. tenant will have to pay the security deposit which is same as the rent. ( Apartment is on 1 floor) No smoking inside the house.
