This home was totally remodeled in October 2007 including the original part of the house. Doors, toilets, bathroom fixtures, etc were replaced in the original part of the house. We added over 1,800 square feet of living space to the original size of the house which was 1,840 sf. Also added was a brand new 2 car garage with over 850 square feet of space. All windows were replaced in the original house to match the double pane windows installed in the new construction. Also, the original part of the house was re-stucco'd to match the new construction. UPDATE April 2014 - the house is now electricity free as new solar panels have been installed.
