This is a fisherman's paradise on Oso Bay Waterfront! Just minutes from the beaches or you can just chill in the pool or hot tub while you watch your company get the catch of the day for dinner on Oso Bay. Beautiful views, sunsets, and wildlife. This vacation rental features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, built-in ice maker, washer/dryer, fully furnished kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms including blow dryers and triple shower mount soap dispensers. The main master suite is on the first floor with a king bed, walk-in closet, and smart Roku TV. This second bedroom has a queen bed. The third bedroom has a queen sofa bed, bunk bed with a full mattress that turns into a couch and a twin bed on the top. There is a queen sofa bed in the main living area for extra sleeping. You will love the living area with a wall of glass sliding doors for your viewing enjoyment and has a 65 inch smart TV if you just want to chill with your favorite movie. There is a gas grill for your use as well as a gas fire pit to warm you up. There are a total of 4 smart TV's and 3 gaming or computer desks. Call about our rental rates (minimum of 3 days plus cleaning fee) during season March 1 to August 31 or during off season September 1 to February 28 there is a 30 day minumim stay with off season pricing) This property is an all-inclusive 3-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom house that can accommodate up to 10 people. Parking is off-street in the driveway for up to 4 cars (the garage is not available for parking). If you need information about boat parking, please request details from the homeowners' Association (HOA). There is an application fee of $65, and a refundable deposit of $1000 is required. Please note that no events or parties are allowed on the premises. Quiet hours are from 9 pm to 8 am, and we kindly ask that you be respectful of the neighbors. Available dates are September to the end of February. Minimum of 30 days or more. No pets allowed. No smoking inside property only outside. Smoking is permitted outside only, and any debris from smoking must be promptly cleaned up. Please be mindful of the wildlife in the area as this is a waterfront property, and we share the environment with frogs, crabs, and other water animals. We kindly request that you take care not to harm them, as we are animal lovers :-)
