A truly tropical hideaway set right in the middle of Naples. A 3 bedroom 3 full bath house with plenty of parking and an amazing outdoor living space with a large deck, grills, fire pit, and all surrounded by bromeliads, orchids, banana trees, and countless other tropical plants running along a small lake to give you that ultimate Florida vibe. The master bedroom has a bathroom and walk in closet. The laundry room has a second fridge and freezer. This is a very quiet safe neighborhood. You don't feel like you're in the middle of town at all. It's just 1.5 miles to the beach and centered between downtown and Mercato. Publix and Fresh Market are a half mile away. The outdoor space is the best part of the house. It's peaceful and inviting, you'll find yourself spending more time outside for certain. There is a minimum of 3 months stay - a maximum of 8 months. It does not give me the option to state that on the site. Owner pays for water and has set a flat price for electricity at roughly half of the actual cost. Wi-fi is also included in your monthly rent at no additional charge. Lawn maintenance is also included and will be done as needed, no more than 3 times per month. No smoking inside the house whatsoever. The A/C cannot be set to under 70 degrees unless you are willing to pay the additional electricity bill for doing so. If you would like to set it lower you can opt to pay the entire electricity bill so there is no regulations.
