We (myself, wife and 2 teenage boys) are seeking 1 to 2 people to live in our converted garage ADU. We prefer no pets however we may accept a small dog with pet deposit. All utilities are to be paid by tenant except for water. Lease will be Month to Month, though we are looking for someone who wants a place to call home for at least 12 months. Landlord and tenant will provide a 30 written notice prior to moving or asked to move. 1 small dog may be accepted with pet deposit.
