A charming condo with a beautiful balcony view of the gulf and just perfect to sleep, 6 people. The layout is excellent - the Master Bedroom is a King bed with a full on-suite bathroom. The bunk beds are located along the hallway with a queen sleeper sofa. This 1 bedroom condo is just steps from the beach and located within walking distance to restaurants and shops. Only 6 miles to the Flora-Bama line! The Grand Caribbean West is located on the gulf side. The beach access only steps away. There are some private areas immediately after entering the beach but if you move laterally down the beach left or right there is more space to set up in front of the private areas. Additionally, any wet sand area or water is public. Our 4th-floor condo features a king-size bed in the master bedroom with a flat-screen TV and its own access to the bath. A bunk bed and queen sleeper sofa are located in the common spaces. The private balcony has ocean views and overlooks the pool/hot tub. This unit also comes with a washer and dryer for your convenience. The kitchen is fully-equipped. Two beach chairs are provided during your stay. There are also vendors who rent chairs and umbrellas on the beach. $30 a day gets you two beach chairs and an umbrella. Our goal is for guests to feel confident that they can count on our vacation home to be 100% ready for their arrival. Each home is professionally sanitized and disinfected in between guests following CDC guidelines. You are a short drive (17 mins) to Orange Beach and within a short driving distance to shopping, dining, and entertainment. The Condo is located only 5.5 miles from the World Famous Flora-Bama Lounge & Oyster Bar! Publix (grocery store) is located about 1.5 miles away. Target and Walmart are about a 10 minutes drive. The resort is adjacent to the Gulf Islands National Seashore - a federally protected stretch of undeveloped coastline with tons of recreation available- from biking, hiking, swimming, camping, bird watching, or simply exploring the park's natural beauty. Home of the Blue Angels--Naval Air Station Pensacola is a 20-minute drive. Enjoy a day at the National Aviation Air Museum (civilians are welcome on base for the museum). Entry is free to all!
