This is a very nice complex I've lived in for about 2 years. This unit is located on the first floor close to the swimming pool. The floor plan works great, with bedrooms located on opposite side of the space. Both bedrooms have walk in closets. Parking is free unless you want a covered space. That is an additional $30 per month. The complex offers 1 car garages for an additional $99 per month. I had a garage because it was cheaper than renting a storage unit. Go to the Alderra website to see amenities. I'm looking for someone to take over my lease which is good until beginning of September. At that time the lease can be renewed or it will go to month to month. There is a $40 non refundable screening fee per adult living in the apartment. This process is handled by the complex. The current lease is good until end of August. It can be renewed if desired in September or at that time go to month to month.
