The apartment is newer with stainless appliances in the kitchen, also has a washer and dryer in unit. Parking is free. The community offers 2 pools with outdoor grilling areas, 2 gyms, we are close to shopping and restaurants as well as only 5 mins to Lake Wylie. The rent will be $650/ monthly due on the 1st day of the month, NO EXCEPTIONSI work from home a few days a week and travel the rest of the week. I have a teacupchihuahua that travels with me, but will be at the apartment when I am so you must be pet friendly. I am looking for someone that can sign a 6 month lease.
