Well maintained mobile home in very nice park. The canal in the back with a dock is a pleasant area to sit and relax. There is also a 12 x 22 screened in lanai that many an enjoyable evening can be spent sitting there. There are two sheds on the property, and also an outdoor shower. There are sliders to the outside from the front. Plenty of light through all the windows. You won't find a a mobile home in better shape than this one. Roof is annually maintained. Air conditioning is only 2 years old. A really must see for the price. Voluntary fee for the clubhouse. $100 first year. $50 each year thereafter
