This house is blocks away from South Beach Park and JTB. Our split floor plan two bedroom beach bungalow also includes a living room, dining area, kitchen, and a large screen in rear patio. Parking will be absolutely no issue as we have off street parking for 2 cars and free street parking immediately in front of the house. (1) Small to medium sized pet is welcomed with a $500 non-refundable pet fee. Washer and dryer come with the home but have to be maintained or replaced by tenant, if required. No smoking allowed. Tenant pays all utilities and is required to carry renters insurance. Additionally, tenant is responsible for lawn maintenance and pest control. The income requirement is at least 3x the monthly rent in gross income (before taxes). Any evictions or felonies are subject to an additional deposit or disqualification.
