The land is actually considered to be part of Lake Lotawana but has a Greenwood address and is part of the Lees Summit School district. There are some building requirements for the neighborhood which I will be glad to share with interested parties. They are very reasonable for this type of estate neighborhood. The pond seen on the photos is not actually on this property but is on the property behind so you get the great view but don't have the liability or maintenance. This is about 7 minutes south and east of Todd George and 50 HWY.
