Renter responsible for utilities and weekly mowing/raking (gardener optional); pruning cost paid by landlord. Refundable security deposit of $2,750 due at signing; non-refundable cleaning fee of $550 is also due at signing and will be used to provide a deep cleaning at the end of the sixth month lease. No smoking or vaping allowed on the premises. Only flameless candles allowed in the house. Single car garage. Free parking allowed in garage, on the driveway, or on the street.
