Corporate style rental. I don't know what is wrong with Zillow! I listed this Oct. 5. But Zillow's date counter is way off! I am going to entrust someone with my newly completed 1000 sf. large, upscale ADU in a very nice neighborhood that has it all. No expenses were spared, as this was built for the owner and not as a rental. The kitchen and bathroom are stunning and sports a separate shower and tub - and expensive marble and granite. No oven - but has an induction cooktop, convection toaster oven, high end fridge and dishwasher.The kitchen cabinets are full of built ins. There's an 85" TV in the living room, 65" in the bedroom, and 42" in the bathroom! Cooling and heating by mini-split with wifi control. Smart lighting, a Ring doorbell, and security camera at entrance. I can't think of a single thing it is missing!. Everything is included: sheets, kitchen, etc. A Sonos wifi speaker system with a speaker in every room for your sound enjoyment for TV or music. Your private decks backs to a beautiful ravine. The sheets are cotton sateen, down pillows and comforter.This is truly one of a kind.! Plus the lease includes all utilities, and housekeeping 3 times a month. Bull mountain is great if you love hilly streets - and it has it own trail built in a lush ravine, one block away. The neighborhood has great elevation and boasts views of Mt. Hood. Shopping as close as 1.5 miles away (New Seasons), and there's a Whole Foods, Costco (3.5 miles) and Washington Square Mall (4 miles). Progress Ridge for shopping has great restaurants and even a mini- vineyard. Friendly and caring neighbors. Everyone will want this unit - but the screening for this will set a high standard. I must be convinced that you will use the utmost care to not damage my beautiful new surfaces. Former landlords vouching for you would be ideal. I am looking for qualified candidates to apply for a rental beginning around Nov. 1. Rental requires a commitment through April 30 - but can be extended past that. I am NOT interested in renting this unfurnished. Landlord will provide the following utilities: electric, gas, water, sewer, and trash. Internet and cable will be on the you - or can be provided at an additional cost. I receive free OTA TV via antennas I have. No pets, smoking. And I prefer no inside shoes. First, last, and 1 month deposit required of all tenants - no exceptions. If you are a slob, please ignore my post! Feel free to ask questions.
