Inside, you'll find a comfortable and inviting living space, complete with three bedrooms and a shared 1.5 bathrooms. The villa boasts ample natural light and coastal-inspired decor, creating a welcoming ambiance for your stay. While there is no AC, the gentle ocean breeze and provided fans ensure a comfortable temperature throughout your visit. Essential amenities include a fully equipped kitchen, TV, WiFi, and luxurious bath essentials. Guests have access to a 24/7 support team and a tech-enabled concierge to book services, such as fridge stocking, mid-stay cleanings, and private chefs. Free parking is available on the premises, and free street parking is available for added convenience. There is no air conditioning. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home, there is a fine of $500 per pet. This property is not suitable for children or infants. This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a $300 smoking fee and liability for any fire or property damage costs. Occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation. Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. We strongly advise guests to deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to enhanced cleaning and sanitation protocols.
