Our home has a spacious open floor plan with tile floors designed to comfortably accommodate 7 guests, fully furnished with all the comforts of home including a full kitchen with dinette; living room with vaulted ceilings, large flat screen TV, DVD, and music center for all your entertaining needs. It also features sliding doors off the main living space that open up to the enclosed beautiful open-air courtyard/lanai/pool/spa area. The dining area has seating for eight, so invite your friends. A luxurious king size bed in the Master Suite included with large flat screen TV and access to the very inviting pool and lovely adjoining en-suite bathroom with his and her vanity, walk in shower and garden tub. Across the home is a queen size bed in the second bedroom, and a twin over full bunk bed and another twin bed in the third bedroom, both of which share the second bathroom. The laundry room has a washer and dryer as well as the items you need to keep your vacation wardrobe clean. The courtyard/lanai is furnished with four lounges to enjoy the outdoors, seating for 6 around the patio table, which is under cover, grill for BBQ and decorated with soothing and lush potted palms and wall decorations. The courtyard and pool are protected with working door monitors and fall alarm if the quests wish to have them.
