New double pan windows in kitchen and both bedrooms. New fans in kitchen and lighting fixtures, in Florida room, living room and master bedroom. Backyard is fenced for extra privacy, with stone patio for barbecue. Front door has electronic key less entry, with a motion sensor lighting, as does the entrance to the Florida room from the car port.
